Sales Manager Solar and Battery Storage

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Neuratek Search. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients, educating them about the advantages of solar energy and battery storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure seamless project transitions from sales to implementation.
  • Monitor stock availability and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of installations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience selling solar solutions B2B or B2C.
  • UK driving license.
  • Ability to travel across the UK as required by the business and clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
