Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience when bringing their vehicles to our dealership for scheduled and non-scheduled servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Support the aftersales function and work closely with the service manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Upsell existing products to new and existing customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High-quality customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
