The Role:

The Workshop Manager will oversee the daily operations of our construction plant, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and utilized to its full potential. This includes managing a team of technicians and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for all construction equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed
