Arthur Rose Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Recycling Operative to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in our recycling plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the flow of materials, operating and maintaining processing machines, and ensuring accurate shift handovers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor the flow of materials through the plant and the various processing and sorting machines.
  • Be fully trained to operate and maintain all processing plant machines.
  • Ensure all plant screens are kept clean throughout the shift and are free from damage.
  • Complete accurate paperwork at the start and end of every shift to confirm effective shift handovers.
Requirements:
  • A good knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • In-date FLT Licence.
Salary:

£28,250.00 per year.
