Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for assisting fee earners with a range of tasks, including SDLT Returns and Land Registry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist fee earners with conveyancing matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions
  • Prepare and submit SDLT Returns and Land Registry documents
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including audio typing and general office duties
  • Develop a strong understanding of private client terminology and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Conveyancing department or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SDLT Returns and Land Registry procedures
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
