Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Oldham. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 Surveyors and Buyers, providing contractual advice, and managing project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of 10 Surveyors and Buyers
  • Provide contractual advice to junior team members
  • Manage project work, either solo or with a QS in the team
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
  • Completed fitout projects previously
  • Good contractual knowledge to support the team
  • Able to commute to Oldham
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £60k - £70k DOE
