Automotive Bodyshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive bodyshop, ensuring that all vehicles receive the highest level of attention and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve first-time fix rates and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the bodyshop.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the bodyshop operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager in an accident repair centre.
- Strong knowledge of automotive bodyshop operations and processes.
- Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
