Cashier Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Till Operator to join our team at Boundary Mill. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Assist customers with purchases and resolve any issues that may arise
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales and handle cash transactions with confidence and efficiency
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy skills
• Previous experience of cash handling is preferred, but full training will be provided
