Role Overview

As an IT Transformation Lead at HCLTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving our systems, infrastructure, and end user support model. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess the technical expertise and leadership skills to spearhead transformation initiatives and contribute to the company's evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design automation models and enhance business processes through end-point tooling data.
  • Implement optimized delivery models to increase efficiency and reduce resolution time.
  • Focus on proactive and predictive resolutions using advanced tools and technologies.
  • Drive the adoption of automation and standardization practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations and ensure operational excellence.
  • Utilize Gen AI capabilities to enhance end user operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing end-to-end IT transformations.
  • Familiarity with Systrack tool and ability to engage with senior management.
  • Minimum 8 years of Industry experience with a focus on End User Computing.
  • Strong leadership, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 8+ years of IT End User Computing experience with a track record of successful project management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in application planning, development, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with a customer-centric approach.
