We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at East Coast College (Lowestoft Campus). As a key member of our Quality Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met through collaboration with subcontracting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with subcontracting partners to ensure high-quality provision
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems and processes
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices

Requirements:

  • Qualifications – Teaching Level 5 or higher, Degree
  • Experience – Awarding bodies, writing and report skills, action plan development
  • Knowledge – Quality assurance practices, Safeguarding
  • Personal qualities – Collaborator, high standards, customer focused
