**Job Summary**
Constructive Moves is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team due to the expansion of our Health and Safety department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is adept at understanding the needs of a team and providing visible health and safety leadership and support to a number of residential projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as health and safety advisor over a number of projects, keeping projects abreast of new developments and applying professional standards to ensure best practice.
- Provide health and safety advice to site and project managers to assist them in achieving business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and audit the health, safety, and welfare management system, and measure and monitor health, safety, and welfare performance.
- Oversee health, safety, and welfare risk management, health, safety, and welfare incident reporting and investigation.
**Requirements:**
- Hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, or equivalent.
