About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OT Delivery Lead to join our Control Centre Technologies Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading solution development teams to realise the product roadmap and critical role for building capability within the relevant area.

This is a demanding and diverse role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of operational technology solutions with a focus on tangible business outcomes in accordance with the business strategy.
  • Establishing and maintaining highly effective relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders at all levels, and business teams to ensure that interfaces work correctly.
  • Managing the product and delivery teams, and wider stakeholders as required, across end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure that resultant systems/services deliver the specified outcomes, within budget and timescale, without introducing technical debt.
  • Analysing problems, taking action, and progressing issues as appropriate, ensuring follow-through to resolution and removing blockers.
  • Providing input into the governance process itself, including the methods and tools to be used.
What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Ability to manage and lead complex delivery in a complex environment, building strong capability.
  • Experience in applying various waterfall (e.g. Prince2, APM, PMP) and Agile methodologies and supporting context, such as governance, process, and culture across different levels of portfolio.
  • Support budget and funding submissions, advocating for the correct level of funding to deliver against the products business and operational requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience with strong communication skills, including prioritising and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of Distribution Control Systems and control room technologies, such as PowerOn Advantage, PI Historian, CMDS.
