Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores and grocery shopping
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their well-being
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.80, plus paid travel time
- Paid mileage allowance of 35p per mile
- Company mobile telephone and annual pay increase of 5%
- Full training and development opportunities, including Level 2 and 3 qualifications

- Joining bonus and refer-a-friend scheme
Requirements
- Be a kind, caring person with excellent listening skills and empathy
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential (we provide comprehensive training)
- Speak clear English
