Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data processing and administrative support to the Management Information Services department.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input and processing.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs Grade A* - C (Grades 9 – 4), including Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent / demonstrable skills at that level).
- Relevant level 3 qualification such as Business Administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and data input skills.
- Strong understanding of data compliance standards in line with funding agency rules.
- Knowledge of the Student Loans (FE & HE) and Student Bursaries.
