About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer to join our team at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre.
Job Summary: As a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions to our members. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and supportive environment that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Fitness Classes: You will lead a variety of fitness classes, including gym appointments, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Personal Training: You will work one-on-one with members to create personalized fitness plans and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Member Interaction: You will be responsible for interacting with members on the gym floor, responding to their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Communication: You will communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, such as creating social media content and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: You must hold a minimum Level 3 PT Qualification.
- Personality: You must be enthusiastic, personable, and able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
