About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fundraiser. As a Fundraiser, you will be the public face of Charity Link, interacting with the public and seeking their support for some of the UK's most well-known charities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public in a face-to-face setting to promote charitable causes and secure donations
  • Work in high footfall venues, shows, and events to maximize fundraising opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public to build trust and confidence in Charity Link
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets through effective communication and persuasion skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to reaching fundraising targets
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the role
