Working Hours / Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Office based
- Manage incoming calls
- Monitor budget and project expenditures
- Facilitate the organization of project meetings
- Take minutes during meetings
- Coordinate meeting venues
- Assist in project planning
- Maintain an updated project calendar
- Perform administrative tasks
- Track project progress
- Propose enhancements for operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Evaluate employee performance
- Recruit contractors
- Provide project support to the director and project management team
- Conduct client interviews
- Prepare project proposals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of databases and reporting.
- Experience in reporting and managing large datasets.
- Background in a customer service environment.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting with a strong work ethic and individual accountability.
- Excellent communication skills.
