Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production of engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs, and construction of drainage, highways, SUDS, and building drainage for major infrastructure and residential, retail, industrial, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement drainage and levels strategies in support of planning applications, including flood risk assessment reports.
  • Produce and issue technical drawings for tender and construction purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team to support the growth of the Infrastructure Design expertise in the UK regions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical expertise and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on residential development projects in a consultancy or private sector environment.
  • Strong technical skills in drainage strategies and flood risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to bring new ideas and approaches to the Practice.
