Job Title: Head of Partnerships and Sales

Facit, a global specialist technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our partnerships and sales efforts. As Head of Partnerships and Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships and sales plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a compelling set of products and propositions that resonate with our clients and partners.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Drive sales revenue through process automation and optimization.
  • Ensure a customer-first mindset and deliver a first-class user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership development and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales.
  • Strong technical and commercial background, with experience in SaaS sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £80,000 per year, with an OTE of £120,000.
  • Flexible work-from-home policy.
  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays.
