Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at The Healthcare Hub. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and support to our care and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager as required.
- Maintain current skills through training and development.
- Ensure service users' preferences and wishes are at the heart of care delivery.
- Manage day-to-day care delivery and the staff team efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and support for care staff on nursing and medical matters.
- Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the unit.
Requirements:
- NMC registration.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
