The Role: Digital Skills Coach

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Digital Skills Coach to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering both instructor-led training and on-demand digital content to our legal professionals and support staff.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective instructor-led training sessions, both in person and remotely, covering a range of Microsoft 365 applications, cloud technologies, and other relevant software.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
  • Create engaging on-demand digital content such as video tutorials, eLearning modules, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the legal industry.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering instructor-led training to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, cloud technologies, and document management systems.
  • Experience in designing and developing engaging digital learning content using tools such as Camtasia or Articulate Storyline.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
