About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at SIG Plc. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales and profitability within our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new business sales and existing account development to drive sales and profitability within the branch.
  • Engage regularly with our external sales force, warehouse, and credit control teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Input orders onto our system and maintain accurate sales records via our Salesforce system.
  • Forge strong working relationships with key accounts and manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules.
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in sales-driven environments and a proven track record of success.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management systems.
  • Knowledge of construction products and industry trends is desirable.
