About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Hub Catering Assistant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages, and assisting with the day-to-day running of our community hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members of the public and our visitors
  • Serve food and beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Assist with the maintenance of a clean and tidy kitchen and community hub
  • Ensure all aspects of food safety are adhered to
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver a high-quality service
Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a hospitality or catering environment. Previous barista training is beneficial, but full training will be provided. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in nutrition and healthy eating.
