Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging activities for residents with dementia and other care needs
• Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities align with individual care plans
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents
• Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of activities and care services

About the Role:

Mornington Court, a luxury 57-bed care home, is seeking a skilled Activities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for residents with dementia and other care needs.
