Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings management, branch management, or a senior lettings negotiator role.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license.
