The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases under supervision.
  • Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meeting all KPI targets set by the firm.
  • Working as part of a team and on your own initiative to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive with experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims.
  • Ability to draft legal documentation and prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
