About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Medical Negligence Claims Specialist. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, advocating on their behalf, and navigating complex medical negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, consistently meet and exceed sales targets, and strive for first call resolution.
  • Claims Assessment: Work with Team Leaders to assess claims, determine how to assist clients, and provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain excellent quality assurance scores by adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
  • Client Communication: Record and maintain detailed and accurate information related to client interactions in our CRM system, display empathy, and build rapport with clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Enjoy talking to different people from various backgrounds, listening to their stories, and discussing medical terms.
  • Empathy and Rapport Building: Display empathy and build rapport with clients to create a positive client journey.
  • Teamwork: Work well in a vibrant team and be accustomed to talking on the phone for long periods of time.
  • Customer Service: Have pride in delivering exceptional customer service and ability to build rapport with a variety of people.
  • Targets and Performance: Enjoy hitting targets while maintaining an effective customer experience.
