Job Overview:

Gleeson Homes Careers is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Group Business plan, Commercial objectives, budgets, and future growth requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial activities, with experience in implementing, controlling, and reporting on development/build-related expenditure. You will be responsible for conducting valuations with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, and for providing support and guidance to junior members of the team.
