Role Overview

As a Cloud Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and improving our infrastructure systems within a multi-cloud setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute modifications to cloud-based infrastructure services.
  • Deliver operational support and work alongside other teams during critical incidents.
  • Improve the reliability, quality, and scalability of our infrastructure systems.
  • Continuously enhance system performance.
  • Foster innovation and ensure secure software delivery within the engineering team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in high-availability SaaS environments utilizing AWS.
  • Familiarity with AWS tools in accordance with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, BASH, and PowerShell.
  • Experience working in agile development settings.
