Position Responsibilities
  • Overseeing our Telematics pricing model, which involves managing data to ensure its usability across the organization and enhancing its value for our clients by leveraging raw data to inform pricing strategies.
  • Engaging in hands-on development with support from a small, innovative team that thrives on creativity.
  • Utilizing Telematics data to assess risk distribution and help lower prices for our clients based on their driving behavior, as opposed to conventional datasets.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to acquire necessary data and influence its presentation to our clients.
  • Guaranteeing that our pricing is fair, transparent, and aligned with our governance and operational processes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of what drives a successful and profitable enterprise.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (such as R, Python, SQL, or any other coding language) with a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

Salary - Competitive salary based on experience plus a car allowance (annual pay reviews are conducted).
