Key Responsibilities:
As a Claims Advisor, your duties will include:
Serving as the primary contact for clients and customers, ensuring effective communication through phone, email, and relevant client systems
Complying with service level agreements (SLAs) for all claims
Approving property insurance claims
Managing minor complaints
Utilizing recommended pricing guides, digital images, inquiry techniques, and policy documents to assess the validity of estimates
Performing final audits of claims, including account reconciliation, before closure
Essential Skills:
Proficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in insurance claims or the property services sector
Prior experience in claims management or a related area
