**About the Role**

  • Work closely with clients to design and deliver cutting-edge software solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Lead technical teams and champion the implementation of best practices in software development, including CI/CD and engineering standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and assurance to ensure software quality and non-functional requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, frameworks, and standards that drive business success.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of commercial development experience with industry-leading frameworks and languages (e.g. Java, C#, Django/Python, Node,.Net).
  • Experience in delivering DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and database design and implementation (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, microservice architectures, and secure by design approaches.
  • Excellent work planning capabilities, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.
