About the Role

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and sustainable landscape solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design creative landscape solutions from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and deliver high-quality results.
  • Prepare technical drawings, 3D visualisations, and planting plans, utilizing your expertise in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct site assessments, including analysis and reporting, to inform project decisions and ensure compliance with UK planning and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in project management and coordination, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, with a strong understanding of urban design and environmental planning principles.
  • Membership or eligibility for membership with the Landscape Institute (LI), demonstrating your commitment to professional development and industry standards.
  • Strong design and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in preparing technical drawings and visualisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
