Job Title: Innovation Knowledge Manager

As an Innovation Knowledge Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and sharing insights related to innovation within our capital programme across partner organisations. Your key responsibilities will include designing metrics, conducting evaluations, and generating actionable insights that refine our innovation strategy to align with the goals of UU.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation insights framework to capture and share knowledge across the organisation.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track and evaluate innovation performance, ensuring efficient delivery of innovation projects across the capital programme.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, promoting innovation and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and communication.
  4. Utilise analytical and scouting skills to identify trends, technologies, and best practices, helping teams make informed decisions and optimise resource allocation.
  5. Lead communication and content creation efforts to promote innovation stories internally and externally, while managing knowledge and insight teams to influence and support these initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified with relevant industry experience, demonstrating resilience, leadership, and a track record of driving results and fostering strong partnerships in dynamic environments.
  2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  3. Proficient in digital communication tools and ability to tailor impactful messages to different stakeholder groups.
  4. Experience in generating metrics and reports to track innovation and associated benefits across a major capital programme.
  5. Hold a current UK/EU driving licence.
