Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with registered nurses to deliver comprehensive care and support plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting, with a minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience in the UK.
  • A valid manual driving license is desirable for this role.
