About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's needs, promoting their dignity and individuality.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
