Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Support Specialist to provide exceptional academic support to students in Maths, English, and Science. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Sessions: Plan and deliver interactive and engaging sessions that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • One-to-One Tutoring: Provide personalized one-to-one tutoring to students, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Needs Assessment and Adaptation: Identify students' strengths and weaknesses, and adapt your teaching strategies accordingly to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Progress Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience Working with Young People: Possess experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • One-to-One Tutoring Experience: Have experience in one-to-one tutoring, with a proven track record of success.
  • Professional Qualifications and Training: Hold relevant professional qualifications and training, as required for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
