The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is in search of a Customer Service Supervisor to enhance their operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the customer service and sales personnel, ensuring efficient daily operations, executing sales initiatives, maintaining comprehensive records, and addressing customer inquiries and challenges.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide the customer service and sales personnel to ensure outstanding performance and compliance with established standards.
  • Direct daily operations, offering support and direction to team members to meet sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate and execute sales initiatives aimed at fostering business expansion and achieving organizational targets.
  • Keep meticulous records of sales outcomes, customer interactions, and team activities.
  • Cultivate a cooperative and effective team atmosphere, encouraging flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring favorable resolutions.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to synchronize sales and customer service efforts with broader business goals.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within customer service and sales, ideally in the body jewellery or tattoo sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the aptitude to inspire and manage a high-achieving team.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
