Estate Agent Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Estate Agents and Letting Agents to achieve exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Estate Agents and Letting Agents to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain a high level of knowledge of the local property market and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the business.
- A highly competitive salary of £45,000 in the first year, plus a £2,400 car allowance and target-based incentive bonuses.
- A guaranteed first year salary of £62,400, with the potential to earn up to £70,000 in the second year.
