Role Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for optimising end-to-end supply chain processes, aligning with the strategic goal of ensuring a dynamic supply chain. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison between Supply Chain Operations and various stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data to support the Supply Chain Operations cycle, fostering stakeholder engagement and championing the Supply Chain Operations process.
- Develop datasets and reports on Supply/Demand, Inventory, and Operational capacity to inform decision-making.
- Organise Supply Chain Operations prework sessions, presenting data to guide discussions and actions.
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders to convey data insights effectively.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager and prepare data for senior executive review meetings.
Person Specification
- 3-5 years of experience in planning/procurement with strong Supply Chain Operations knowledge within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Skills in Power BI report development and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skill set.
- Excellent communication skills for data insights and presentations.
