About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at Majestic Wine Lymington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting the team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our wine range to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Take ownership of the physical appearance and maintenance of the store, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
  • Contribute to the operational running of the store, including delivering wine to customers, merchandising stock deliveries, and calling valued customers to drive sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every single customer.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning and developing wine knowledge to pass level 2 WSET wine qualifications.
  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
