About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at the OCS Group. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all court users, including judges, lawyers, and members of the public.
- Patrol and secure the building, ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Work collaboratively with other security professionals to maintain a high level of security and customer service.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and effective manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong people and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- An SIA licence and a valid first aid certificate.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
- A drive to succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
