- Oversee and manage the delivery of management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review VAT returns prepared by junior members of the team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to improve client business processes.
- Mentor junior staff on technical matters and best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
- Analyse client business processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct effective client meetings to understand and address their objectives, building strong relationships and trust.
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance and procedural standards, with experience in implementing financial systems and processes.
- Proficiency in advising on and implementing financial systems, processes, and controls, with experience in cloud accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting practices, with experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality results.
