A successful candidate for the Formulation Development Lead position will possess:

  1. A degree-level education in Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic Science.
  2. Experience in formulation development within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, preferably with topical, transdermal, skincare, liquid, or semi-solid formulations.
  3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical or cosmetic ingredients and their interactions.
