We are seeking a qualified HGV Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating Class 1 vehicles for deliveries to major retail outlets, with a maximum of 6-10 drops per day.
  • Ensuring a minimum of 8 hours of paid work each day.

The role will also include:

  • Conducting vehicle inspections to maintain compliance and road safety.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of driving hours using a tachograph.
  • Possessing a valid UK driving license and tachograph card.
  • Compensation: £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £21.00 on Saturdays, and £22.00 on Sundays.
  • Immediate start available.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours pay per day.
Key Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 1 UK Driver's License.
  • Current UK Tachograph Card, CPC, and Driver's License.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Safety footwear, high-visibility clothing, and appropriate trousers must be worn on all sites.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
