Healthcare Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Priory Hospital Norwich. As a key member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate the well-being, dignity, and treatment of all patients.
- Provide practical support and responsive care to patients who require assistance with intimate personal needs, ensuring that such activities comply with procedures and relevant healthcare legislation.
- Observe and monitor the well-being of patients, ensuring that any unusual physical, mental, or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues, and visitors, responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.
