Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of junior engineers while performing installation, maintenance, and support across a variety of security systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems such as Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and IP CCTV, along with specialized emergency call systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems.
- Leading and mentoring junior engineers.
- Working on diverse projects primarily in the Southeast and London.
- Potential opportunities for international assignments.
Candidate Profile:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 21 for insurance compliance.
- At least 5 years of experience with Intruder Alarms, IP CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- 2 years of team leadership experience is preferred.
- Networking skills are a plus.
Essential Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in:
- Access and Entry Control systems
- Emergency Call Systems
- IP CCTV
- Intruder Alarms
Additional Skills:
Strong customer service abilities, a clean and professional work ethic, and a full, clean UK driving license are essential. Candidates should be adaptable, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Compliance:
To maintain NSI Gold accreditation, security screening checks will be conducted in accordance with BS7858:2019 standards.
