Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in implementing production plans for finished goods, covering new product development and restocks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement cycle, ensuring timely order processing and effective communication with suppliers.
  • Oversee the purchasing and stock control of product and packaging, as well as project management of free-issue components for new product development and replenishment orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including manufacturers, external quality control, and packaging suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to strategize and manage supply planning forecasts.
  • Ensure all planning spreadsheets are up-to-date and organized, and track and review orders from production to delivery.
  • Manage annual stock takes with suppliers and work with the operations and fulfillment manager to reconcile reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in production planning and scheduling.
  • Broad-based commercial understanding and excellent communication skills.
