We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Despatch team as a Despatch Operative. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to meet customer demands.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Accurately fulfill daily picking orders provided by the Despatch Area Lead.
  • Maintain optimal stock rotation, dispatching finished goods in the correct sequence.
  • Safely load and unload products onto and from vehicles as instructed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during inspections.
  • Communicate any stock discrepancies to the Despatch Area Lead after completing customer orders.
  • Contribute to achieving daily departmental targets set by your line manager in a timely manner.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized and efficient work habits.
