At Krinvest Care Group, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Mapleford nursing home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dignity and individuality of our residents are maintained, while providing support with their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care and support, promoting their independence and autonomy.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, washing, and light housekeeping tasks, as well as providing mobility and food assistance.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve required standards and ensure the smooth running of the care home.
About You
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
• Honest, trustworthy, and empathetic, with a patient and respectful approach to care.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Enhanced DBS clearance, with a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
